At WellHealth Coach, I help people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing it — turning good intentions into healthier habits that stick.
Using an evidence-based approach rooted in behavior change and neuroscience, coaching has proven to help people integrate meaningful changes for long-term growth.
Many people already know the health habits they want to improve, but stress, busy schedules, and everyday life can make this difficult to maintain.
Coaching helps them to better understand patterns, build awareness, reduce overwhelm, and create healthier routines that feel more manageable and realistic.
Through the coaching process, we work together to:
• Turn insight into greater clarity
• Transform clarity into intentional action
• Create a foundation for lasting growth
My coaching practice includes one-on-one private clients, workplace wellness programs, and healthcare referrals supporting:
• Individuals struggling with stress, inconsistent habits, or difficulty maintaining lifestyle changes
• Forward-Thinking Companies focused on employee well-being, stress reduction, resilience, and workplace wellness
• Healthcare providers interested in additional support to help patients follow through with healthier lifestyle recommendations
With a whole-person approach, we focus on the key areas that influence overall health and well-being — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — recognizing that true well-being involves far more than physical health alone.
Using the Wheel of Health & Well-Being, we explore the interconnected areas of life that influence how we feel, function, and live each day — guided by an individual's personal vision, values, and goals.

From a young age, I felt a strong calling to make a positive impact on people’s lives and was naturally drawn to fields centered around helping and caring for others. Throughout my career, this ultimately led me to health coaching — both personally and professionally.
During my years working in healthcare, I had the opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients and witnessed firsthand the growing impact of chronic disease. Through educational programs, preceptorships, and countless conversations, I saw how daily stress, lifestyle habits, and behavior patterns influence long-term health — and how many chronic conditions could be prevented, improved, or better managed through lifestyle change.
At the same time, my interest in wellness became deeply personal. Like many professionals, I experienced periods of chronic stress and burnout and came to appreciate how difficult it can be to prioritize your own health and well-being while balancing the demands of work, family, and everyday life.
In 2017, I made a pivotal career shift and completed my training as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. The experience was personally transformative and changed the way I thought about health and well-being. It strengthened my desire to support people in a more personalized and preventive way — helping them explore the lifestyle habits, stress patterns, and daily choices that influence their health and well-being.
As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I have continued to expand my coaching skills, knowledge, and practice while also personally embodying many of the principles I teach to my clients.
During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, and it’s been a privilege to guide and support them through behavior and lifestyle changes while also being a part of their personal and professional growth along the way.
My coaching style incorporates motivational interviewing and reflective listening, creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they move forward.
I approach this work with calmness, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to helping individuals build healthier habits while improving overall well-being.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth and the ability to create meaningful change in their health and well-being.
Through years of coaching, I’ve come to realize that at the heart of coaching is that magical moment when someone begins to recognize their own ability to change — discovering new ways of thinking, responding, growing, and being.
That’s what I’ve found to be the power of coaching: it doesn’t just help people change habits and mindsets — it can actually lead to real growth and transformation.
