At WellHealth Coach, I provide neuroscience-based health coaching focused on behavior change — helping people move from knowing → doing → habits that stick.
My coaching practice supports:

Using the Wheel of Health & Well-Being, we explore the interconnected areas of life that influence how we feel, function, and live each day — guided by an individual's personal vision, values, and goals.

From a young age, I felt a strong calling to make a positive impact on people’s lives and was always interested in fields centered around helping and caring for others.
That passion became even more meaningful during my years working in the healthcare field, where I saw firsthand how daily habits shape long-term health — and how many chronic conditions can be prevented or improved through lifestyle and behavior change.
I also witnessed the struggles many people face with stress, chronic health conditions, and the overwhelming demands of daily life.
My journey into health coaching began as I sought to understand the complexities of health and wellness through a scientific lens, drawing on the principles of neuroscience, intuitive listening, and healthy lifestyle design.
In 2017, I made a pivotal career shift, becoming an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine.
Helping people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it — supporting them as they build healthier habits and meaningful lifestyle changes — is what led me to become a health coach.
Through years of coaching individuals in corporate wellness settings, I witnessed how healthier habits and consistent choices could positively impact overall well-being and quality of life.
I’ve had the privilege of working with many organizations, coaching individuals on stress reduction, resilience, healthy lifestyle habits, and improving biometric health outcomes.
I’ve also worked with healthcare professionals as part of a collaborative care approach — helping individuals move beyond recommendations and toward real-life implementation and sustainable behavior change.
As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I have undergone comprehensive training while also personally embodying many of the principles I teach to help clients effectively achieve their health goals.
My coaching style is grounded in neuroscience, motivational interviewing, and reflective listening — creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and the ability to reach their full potential — whatever that may look like for them.
I approach coaching with calmness, compassion, and a commitment to supporting clients as they move toward healthier habits and improved well-being.
