About Me

Hi, I’m Lacy Woods, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training from Duke Integrative Medicine. I help people optimize their health and well-being so they can live healthier, more balanced lives.


After more than a decade in healthcare, I saw how much our daily choices shape long-term health—often leading to chronic conditions that could have been prevented.


That realization inspired me to shift my career in 2017 to focus on what truly matters: helping people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.


Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, organizations, and healthcare providers—helping people build healthy habits, supporting employee wellness, and improving overall patient outcomes.


Most of all, I love helping people take control of their health and well-being—so they can feel their best and live with more balance and energy every day.
