After more than a decade in healthcare, Lacy saw firsthand how unmanaged stress and poor lifestyle habits impact overall health and contribute to chronic conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular issues, and joint pain.


In 2017, she made a pivotal career shift — becoming an integrative health coach to help bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing ... when it comes to health.
