Hi, I'm Lacy Woods

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training from Duke Integrative Medicine, my passion is helping people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.


In my years working in healthcare, I saw firsthand how much lifestyle habits impact health — often leading to chronic conditions that could have been prevented or improved.


That experience led me to make a pivotal career shift in 2017, when I became an Integrative Health Coach. I wanted to help people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.


Since then, I’ve worked in the wellness space supporting both individuals and organizations. I’ve seen how daily habits and consistent choices can completely transform well-being — from reducing stress and improving energy, to helping people feel healthier and more balanced in their everyday lives.


Today, I not only coach individuals and teams, but also collaborate with healthcare providers to expand the reach of wellness support and help more people achieve lasting health outcomes.


Most of all, I love empowering people who are ready to take charge of their health — with personalized support, a whole-person approach, and real results.
